YOU MAY NOT put in fake information or leave fields blank at checkout. You MUST provide a valid username. (THIS ONLY APPLIES TO VRCHAT AVATARS)
If the products are gifted, please put their VRChat Username and Discord Username into the fields instead
YOU MAY NOT rip or leak my products
YOU MAY NOT use my products for anything hurtful or malicious (crashers, hate groups, etc...)
YOU MAY NOT copy, remake, or steal my products.

YOU MAY NOT redistribute my avatars in any form (NO sharing, NO ripping, NO leaking, or NO trading) ONLY ONE LICENSE PER CUSTOMER.
YOU MAY NOT resell my avatars
YOU MAY NOT upload my avatars Public or make Public edits. You can edit my avatars for PRIVATE USE ONLY.

If you do edit the avatar, DO NOT overly edit the avatar to the point that it's not recognizable!

YOU MAY NOT remove watermarks or tags from my avatars
YOU MAY NOT take any parts or reuse parts from my avatars. Please buy from the original creators.
YOU MAY NOT claim my avatars as your own, you must credit me using my tag " Witchling.vrc "

YOU MAY NOT resell, or redistribute these on their own. Use only on completed models/projects
YOU MAY NOT claim my files as your own.
YOU MAY NOT remove watermarks or tags
YOU MAY NOT retrace or copy my work
YOU MUST buy here in order to use my textures/assets for your own projects. Do not take from other projects or share the files on their own.
YOU MUST credit me using my Discord tag " Witchling.vrc " and link back to my shop when using my files.

I don't accept returns or refunds due to my products being digital. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
I am not responsible for any damages caused through my products. If there is something wrong with the product, I will update it free of charge.

If any or all terms are broken, I have the right to submit a DMCA takedown, revoke licenses , and ban you from my store at any time.
